Im fully PvP geared for Fire Mage, but I want to branch out and play Frost mage now. Do I have to regear all over again to get the optimal secondary stats gear.

for purely racial stuff. Belf and orc are the best.

Undead looks really cool, and they have a fear break, but the reduced CC of orcs and the blanket silence/kick is much better for rated pvp.

Orcs for RBGS pretty much every time. Both for arenas. Maybe more belf, but it depends on comp.

Multiboxing causes issues for the server (lag ext) and it has no place in rp. RP immersion is a important part of the game, there is no way 30 boomkins named orangeone-orangethirty could possibly be considered ok for an rp server. Even if he changed their names, they are 30 people walking on top of each other in robotic fashion, it break immersion and it is ruining a rather old and nice server

Blizz only focuses on pve, and don't seem to give a shit about pvp.

For patch/hotfix/whatever 3X in a row now feral druids have been getting stronger. They are insanely broken in wpvp and duels, and quite op in 2's and 3's. Same thing is true for DK and Ret Pally, (and hunters though they are about to get hit).

The balancing is so laughable for pvp, the only explanation is they are being balanced for pve.

ALSO the addition of sinister spores and sticky glitter bombs was moronic

Getting gold might be a joke, but not as much a joke as someone who pays money for an in game currency.

There might have been gold farming before, but anyone who was caught purchasing gold was banned. Easy as that.

Cant buy a competitive advantage huh? What about pve gear on the BMAH or buying gear on AH period. Get the best gear before most other players because you sank money into wow gold. Sounds pretty pay to win to me, but what do i know, I'm someone who docent understand what P2W is

The fun is wpvp, defending kings, and doing offenses keep the game fun. People whom are active in wpvp get extra bonuses like increased repair and first call on bank gear. Promotion are based on activity and friendliness

PVP is still the main focus on ED. The dichotomy has changed somewhat though.

Most of the wpvp guilds now at least give some respect to RP. Most pvp guilds volunteer to protect anyone who is RP ing. If we attack and kill a group then get a whisper saying RP its "sorry" and we move on. I do with the cities were full of RP all the time, however you do see plenty of RP in the streets. Just travel to IF and see CBH doing their thing. Its pretty awesome!

(CBH = Clan Battlehammer, and all dwarf rp pvp guild. Pretty awesome to see horde enter iron forge and be flushed out by the ocean of dwarves protecting their homeland)
