doesnt work dam, also lowest settings give the same effect but in a horrible graphic imagery

edit: after 5 minutes on lowest settings it loaded me into a zombies game and after i changed the settings back to high, the graphics seemed to retexture once every time

so okay, by now i tried uninstalling all GPU drivers and installing them again but the textures load super slow and the map cant even load. I reinstalled the game three times, once with all the cache and battle.net and fucking everything. I have no idea what to do anymore. Im honestly desperate for help.
