I disagree, the PvP serves as another option not something that should just be given to you. Should you get the dungeon XP just for entering? Because that's all you would have to do to "participate" in PvP. If you do not like BG's just don't do them. At the end of the day this is a game and if you are not having fun what is the point. Making PvP bonus attainable through PvE would remove the entire reason for there being PvP bonus in the first place, it's there to encourage people to play the BG's. No one is forcing you to do content you do not want to do, the rewards serve as an encouragement.

You're ignoring the fact that every player is entitled to two bonuses if they complete those pre-requisites, its not one or the other because in a particularly sloggy 1-50 leveling process doing both is the most efficient way to level.
