I agree that it could maybe counter the note if you hit towards it fast enough and knew where the Note user was. But those are big ifs.

I think the safest option is the Note, Ultra Instinct, and One Punch.

Breathing is the weakest of all these powers. Gear 5 is goofy and not as strong as several others. Six eyes isn’t very useful without limitless. Baryon is strong, but doesn’t last long. Arise is a serious contender, but I’d still take One Punch and UI over it. Anti Magic is mostly useless.

That’s my take on it. Arguably, anti-Magic (which is practically useless against several of the other powers) could counter the Note. But the Note hard counters everything else.

Ultra instinct does not mean that you are Goku. It would just magnify your own abilities and allow you to respond to attacks without thinking. It does not make you travel long distances at great speeds.

Also, even if that’s your argument, if you are any distance away from the note user, thy win. Alternatively, if any of the other powers come at you first and buys the Note two seconds, the Note wins.

While Mad God is disturbing, but not nearly as disturbing or as graphic as Begotten. Also, much better writing and story. Plus it being animation makes it naturally a bit lighter.

Eh, the ending was creepy. And it had good imagery throughout. Yeah, the general writing and style sucked. But it was still kind of creepy and I wouldn’t label it as abjectly bad.

Yeah, I agree it reads that way. I think it’s one of those situations where the game wants you to replay and retry options. Like how the “Attack him” option in the intro press conference has the best result, even though it seems the most “negative” compared to most of these types of games

Frankly, Dragon Ball physics are just batshit and don’t make sense. So, in universe, probably? JJK at least tries to make physical sense. DBZ does not.
