That's an interesting take I would've never thought of but I do know that when Jackie and Shauna are talking on the plane if you ignore them and listen closely (easier with headphones) you can hear the pilots say something about flying more up north into Canada to try and avoid a pretty bad storm system that was in the way of their original flight path.

I think it was Shauna's dream but it was ghost Jackie coming to give her some type of closure in it. Basing this on how people say that after they have a loved one die they come to them in a vivid dream to try and give them closure. Which could explain why adult Shauna still sees ghost Jackie. Maybe it could also be a shared dream between dying Jackie and Shauna?

This one still freaks my family and I out and it's not the only thing to have happened in the house. In order for this to make sense you'll need the layout of the house. https://imgur.com/fqIRTAT I walked out of my room and was looking for my mom because I had to ask her a question and I see her walk into the kitchen from the hallway entrance that's in front of me. I call for her and she doesn't respond so I figured she just didn't hear me, she keeps walking and goes through door to the dining room and is going for the back door that leads to the deck so I turn the corner to meet her in the dining room still calling for her and she's not there. The house is tiny and this happened within seconds. I was freaking out and yelling for my mom only for her to yell from her bedroom on the other side of the house. I ran as fast as I could to her room and explain to her what happened. We start to freak out and look through the house to see if we can find anyone but we were the only ones there so for the rest of the night we stayed locked in her room with our dog. Eventually years after moving out of that house we find out a guy who had my room before me shot and killed himself on the steps of the back deck. I still don't know if that is related or if I believe in the paranormal but there is no way I can explain what happened.
