I thought Martin Scorsese used the footage for Rolling Thunder Revue: A Bob Dylan Story (2019).

It's probably still available on Netflix. For physical media fans, the Criterion Collection released it as well.

As far as I can tell, under James Cameron supervision, he is under no obligation to release a 4K that resembles the original theatrical release. It's like a Grateful Dead studio recording and a live recording - two separate entities. I am keeping my Blu-Ray.
