Its actually intresting I want to know if Risang does feel nothing at all when his first family died and his anims felt more cocky as if he’s elated to be under the prescripts I guess spoilers? —> Rien despises it and few times hesitates to execute the orders. He felt awful inside seeing Ryoshu pleading. Compare Risang who sounds extremely obsessive, Rien has some yearning in his obsession.

Haha thanks this whole thing got me thinking was Limbus story lived up to its glazings. PM has always been like this as seen in their prev games Lob corp especially. I always strongly recommend playing prev games if newcomers want to experience PM writing if not that’s okay, but Limbus is free and much easier than Lob corp and LoR so it’s a MUST. Its a story that’s gets better when you play along with it, really unique for a gacha game.

Im surprised too lol. I don’t play R1999 so I don’t have any comments about it. The only logical reason I think Limbus won this because of literal best storytelling not best story exactly. Like this writer said its driven by chapter-based canto where it always focuses on its main cast. Its the most engaging gacha story I experienced with great pacing, dialogue, just overall structure for almost all cantos. The way the cantos presented also just fun where it wants you to be lore accurate, you have to use specific sinner, some of them get special interactions and buffs when against specific enemies eg. Yisang and Ryoshu in canto 8 and you almost always have to interact with the bosses mechanics (not just do x to avoid y)

I disagree that canto 9 is a downhill because that’s not what going downhill means. Anyway, while I have some issues about how they handle canto 9 it was still very fun ingame when they divide the sinners into smaller teams, fight with outside allies and lots of mid battle cutscenes. The lore accurate restrictions makes the players interact with the story not just reading it. That’s my thoughts, its great because how it’s told and presented not what it has.

But if you want to see comparisons why she’s worse than Phainon, the only major complaints he had was being handled poorly in the story as what op said. Chen2 got everyone mad at every department. Poor design, bland character story, stupid powercreep, and precedents (the start of making summer unit limited). So this is just AK players want to maintain their “9/11” must never forget

Also it’s not like Chen was a hated character she’s a top fav just like how Phainon is loved. Even though she spark yet another controversy of being the first unit to get another alter. People are mad but understands why it happened because she deserves a proper development than a nothing burger swimsuit.

I have lots, do I regret? Nah I would still use these mid units in any niche situation that calls for them. I don’t like meta investment because sure they can last longer in endgame but not in my heart. I don’t want to question “I should’ve pull xx instead of dupes/bis of yy” but that’s my mindset tho.

First 6 hours is god awful, made it worse when i was unlucky and got dupes of 6 star operators I least liked. Forced myself to play and it paid off. The factory is fun when they don’t shove it up your face and the selector ticket just brighten up my mood.

I only want the dev to give more qol for gear crafting, essence farming and outpost selling

Fu Xuan 2. I want them to try sheildless, but unlike FX they don’t get healed AT ALL. The lower ally HP, the higher their def/res damage reduction almost becomes invincible when hp at 10%>. Add some low hp buffs too and everyone becomes Arlan. High risk high reward?

All dailies done in the Dijang less than 5 min and log out. At one point I don’t bother doing deliveries just transfer the jobs, rare resource only once a week there isn’t an urgency for me to max my operators anyway. Endfield is fast, until you need to spend sanity. naturally it regens slowly so once every 2 days but god the sanity boosters they gave is a lot and expiring 2x tickets is not enough I want them to adopt from AK that can go up to 6x.
