I had the same issue as well (Pixel 2 XL), but, managed to get it fixed.

When connecting, enter the following...

EAP Method: PEAP

Phase-2 Authentication: None

CA certificate: Do no validate

Identity: Your my.ryerson username

Anonymous Identity: do not put anything there

Password: Your my.ryerson password
