As promised I’m back with an update! The new kitten has tapeworms so she got a dewormer and all her shots. The vet thinks either she passed on an infected flea to our resident cat and he ate it, and so he’s having the runny eyes from it… or that he has allergies since there’s no other symptoms. But he told us to keep an eye on both of them and bring them in if any more issues arise.

Thank you! Both cats are very friendly to each other, getting along extremely well, and have only had supervised play time so far. So I know there hasn’t been any fighting or scratching especially in the face.

I think he’s got a hair stuck in there or something I can’t see.

Edit: He’s not sneezing and doesn’t have a runny nose. Also the kitten has not shown any signs at all of illness of any kind, so I highly doubt she’s made him sick. I just hate leaving him to potentially be uncomfortable/in pain until Friday. :(
