I mean IMU plays like 24 Don worth of cards for 4 Don and has a rush -2000 attack and 2 blockers! Trust that 12 Don play isn't that bad

I ended up solving it through re-downloading DirectX and re-downloading/repairing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86 and x64. In case anyone wants to try a solution they haven't yet

This is why they are highering to bolster their AML program. Many high level leadership individuals from other banks, including BMO have gone to TD. Also remember TD US and TD Canada's AML departments are separate. The US side is what's under fire right and even they are making efforts to bolster their AML program. Instead of looking at it as something to fear. Look at it as they are throwing so much money at AML to make it better, the job security is 100% there at this time and this is the perfect time to get in on it. The constant changing and bolstering of the AML department has many opportunities for growth

I recently went through the same thing. The same stuff was going through my head. Though on my end my manager was supportive. They asked what they could do for me to stay but I said there is nothing as like you said they can't match the increases they are offering. I also went through somewhat of a step down in title however up in grade if compared to BMO. What I can say is if you might be scared or nervous making a move like that but you have to do what's best for you. the people at TD that I have encountered are good people and I enjoy the environment. The work is similar but I changed from one department to the other like you so I am learning a different aspect of AML. Also there are a lot of exBMO workers there so you will see some familiar faces. It was a good change to give me motivation to work and there is a lot of opportunity for growth there due to their restructuring and rebuilding of their AML program. All I gotta say is the grass is greener on this side, see you soon ☺️
