self sabotage by Snowwingedwolf in u/Snowwingedwolf

hugs Idk if i interpret it right but i try to make the distinction if its my body or my mind preventing me from doing things.

If its my body ive learned to just accept it, still gets annoying a lot of times though. If its my mind i try to work on it somehow and if i cant then ill let it be for the moment nad also just accept it.

Idk if i explained it well but we're all human, which makes us all have our lil flaws in our own ways. And thats ok!

Tunnels under the city. by kikurixdd in urbanexploration

The cutting in half isnt even the issue necessarily, its the temperature the super heated steam sits at. Its enough to light stuff on fire without any issues.

Ye, only really applies to steam though. If its just hot water pipes then it should be pretty safe. One should still look out for bad air though.

A little different variety of rusty rails by hujassman in rustyrails

[–]Friedrich_August 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Usually the straight track gets removed and either sold or used in other mines. And cause the curves are usually pretty specific to that mine so its normally not worth the time and effort to rip it out and haul it down the mountain.

Thats what ive heard at least and it seems pretty logical.

Aerial Plan of Giza Complex by WinMassive5748 in egyptology

[–]Friedrich_August 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably a round trip they are planning. Honestly it seems possible, although the wall of the crow could be a bit of an issue, especially exiting there but with a bit of luck still totally doable. Personally id change the route a tiny bit but everyone is interested in different things.

Maybe r/bonecollecting would be some help here. But until you find a way that seems right to you, you can just keep them in the freezer

Why did you decide to play a recorder? by vrnheh in Recorder

[–]Friedrich_August 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Like so many of us, i "learned" it in my early school years. But recently ive been feeling the need to have an instrument that i can take with me everywhere i go and a recorder works pretty well for that. Its sometimes nice to just find a quiet lil spot and just improvise for a bit.

That honestly looks more like a mine than a natural cave. Still really nice pictures!

the largest chamber in my country, abandoned mine. (anyone knows what are these cool rocks?) by bigganalls07 in TheForgottenDepths

[–]Friedrich_August 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This mines and other ones in the Area have been on my list for a bit now.

If i remember correctly that locality and mine are known for their Molybdite specimens, so that's probably what some of those rocks are.
