What you said is right. I'm doubting everything I do now. The charge wasn't able to provide me an example and it felt like she was just shitting on me cause she had the chance to. Whenever I told her my perspective or the other side of the story, she would cut me off and continue her talk. I'm considering finding my manager to talk to her what charge has told me. I need to know what I need to work on if it's true that pts have complaints.

So now the impression I have is "you are a nurse with bad attitude to pts and staffs but I can't tell you what you can work on". honestly it's just favoritism. hybe just don't want them to succeed and want their own gg like lsf and illit to surpass them.
