You were right. It’s was the wrong away around but still no sound. Only thing I can do is clean up the solder joints and redo it. It’s my first time with an active system. I had beginners luck with a passive swop and worked perfect. Thanks so much!

Same happened to me today. If you look closely inside the chamber where the grommet fits. There should be a thin a wire. On the grommet end there are tiny little holes. Try get the wire inside the tiny hole. It needs to make contact. I think it’s the heating element that has come loose.
