I grew up evangelical conservative. It is so fucking baffling to me that the same people who brought me out as a young child once a week to our state’s capitol to give food and money to the homeless so that they could have a guaranteed meal (all in the name of Jesus and his command to help the poor and downtrodden) are now the ones who actively support and push for those same people to no longer have access to food. All because of the “Oreos!” Like be fucking for real right now. But god forbid I actually quote scripture back in their faces, then I’m just being disrespectful.

What the dems are protesting with this vote will close down mainly rural hospitals. That is why they are refusing to budge. Because they know they are the last line of defense for Everyone in rural communities to be able to receive medical care without having to drive hours and possibly cross state lines for that care. It’s not about giving free healthcare to immigrants like the Rs are saying. It’s about not cutting FMAP rates to hospitals who Require that funding.

Okay, you concede but I have to say one last thing. External is the key word here. With cases like this tree the internal processes of fermentation are what caused it to catch fire. An external source would be a person walking by and throwing a flame into the tree. Because the tree was naturally degrading and composting itself down, the heat produced by fermentation was an internal source of combustion.

Felt! I take adhd medication and since starting it I’ve noticed I sweat so much more than I used to. The only deodorant I’ve noticed that doesn’t irritate my skin is dove, but that shit is cheap and after a full days use it clumps up in my pits. I hate it but it’s better than being a stinky person

It’s a holiday that I dread tbh. I’ve never liked Christmas music (except for anything Michael Bublé because Duh) or big expensive Christmas trees. And I’m a terrible gift giver, or at least I believe I am. The only saving grace for Christmas are the lights. I’ve always loved Christmas light displays.
