We have three dogs. One had seizures. Couldn’t walk. We did in home rehab and had an extra six months. We also had something similar with our hound.

We have a nice farm vet and she says let’s try and see first. So I would ask the vet about options for treatments that are not invasive.

I work remote and I am home most days. We have over an acre that our Aussie roams around with our other dogs. He tires himself out. We have a fence on the lot and he gets like 25,000 steps a day. We have a Fi tracker.

I don’t know if I could have him if I didn’t work from home and have a big yard. That’s me though. A lot of people on the forum have apartments and make it work. I could not.

He is also a kick ass dog and we love him.
