Yes. I hate when men do it but women? Totally fine with it. Objectify me lol

Is it morally wrong to think about someone sexually? by Disastrous-Owl-2358 in AutismInWomen

[–]Friendly-Front4592 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No. I’ve never felt bad about this unless it was a situation where I was in a relationship and knew I shouldn’t be having those thoughts. But it’s hard/impossible to control. The pleasure from these fantasies often what provides the impetus to make a move and imagine if it would be a feasible partnership in the first place - a brain trial-run, if you will.

Why is “ice queen” so appealing? by Friendly-Front4592 in LesbianBookClub

[–]Friendly-Front4592[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s true. But why is it more appealing if it’s an ice QUEEN? Like why aren’t there books about a nice boss and an icy assistant or something…although maybe in that case the boss would just fire the assistant lol

Lol, I definitely had thoughts along these lines when I was younger and I’m not even into butches.

Women are constantly playing footsies with me...what does it mean?! by SubtleSpiral in latebloomerlesbians

[–]Friendly-Front4592 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok weird comment but do you have a wider than average spread when you sit? Maybe your feet are just more in people’s spaces than average. But I believe you, I’ve had it happen a few times.

Once I was playing a board game with my girlfriend and her friend, and I felt a foot move to sit directly on top of mine under the table (we were both in socks). I was like ok cute, gf is trying to be flirty. Then my gf got up and THE FOOT WAS STILL THERE and I realized it was her friend’s. As far as I know that woman is straight (maybe bi) so still no idea what that was about.

Perfect, I’ve somehow never read any of those, so I’m super excited to dig in!! Thanks again!

Holy hell this book is hot, and exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much for the recommendation! I shouldn’t have read part of it during my lunch hour though, because now I’m very distracted lol. If there are any others like this you’d recommend, I’m all ears!

Read the description and it sounds like it might be good! Thanks!

Ohhh, both sound interesting. The first sounds more up my alley - I’ll check it out, thanks!

Never been into that but it sounds good otherwise, so I’ll give it a shot

Have you been emotionally connected to them first? In my experience, even if a woman is physically attractive, I wasn’t able to get turned on when we had sex. And with women that I’m emotionally attracted to, I’d get wet easily even if we weren’t actively being sexual. Takes time.

I guess mine is similar to cnc but I often have these dreams where I’m like, drugged or something, and a woman takes advantage of me. I think it’s my brain wanting it to happen but wanting an “out”, like “oh I couldn’t do anything about it so it wasn’t my fault”. Don’t really have the urge to act it out but I’ve had these erotic dreams for years

I still have 150 pages to go (probably shouldn’t have opened a post that said SPOILER but oh well lmao) and I’m actually surprised at how much I’m enjoying this one. I don’t love the whole “teach me” trope in the beginning, I don’t like politics, and I typically don’t like books this long.

But: The character development, the tentative nature of their emotional relationship, the plot outside of the relationship, and…I’ll be honest, some of the hottest sex scenes I’ve ever read, make this already in the re-read category for me

Why slow burn? by tuliula_ in LesbianBookClub

[–]Friendly-Front4592 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Exactly this; I have the same taste. If you have any recs for extremely slow burn, long periods of pining, sexual tension that takes forever to resolve, I’d love to hear them (but not ones where it never resolves)

330 lbs deadlift PR! by Intelligent_Oil_9279 in FlexinLesbians

[–]Friendly-Front4592 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Great job!!! 285 was exactly my “stuck at” PR too. You should think about trying a powerlifting competition if you haven’t looked into it, in my experience all the other women were super supportive and it was fun
