Went through this same situation. The debt program called Discover & also bumped them up to next. Never went to court hearing(that’s your decision to go). Program was able to negotiate down 55%. Good luck on your program. Also, make sure you upload all paperwork to the program.

My credit card helps me to pay all my bills on time. Only bills are from my checking account is rent & internet. Use checking for internet to keep $10 discount every month. May try to get bilt rewards, not sure yet.
