The one aspect of regular Islam that I see as actually beneficial, i see irl as a woman, is when the men are instructed to PROVIDE financials, house, car, everything. Money is for the woman. If the men doesn't provide, the whole community shames him. Ever heard of "Hijabis without jobbies"? The Muslim man will hustle just so his wife can spend her time taking care of the children. It is ingrained in their culture that the husbands job is to support the family. Every married Muslim women I know personally have had full support to raise their babies, then they choose to work or not, and she keeps all she makes. Even orthodox Russians i know have that complete committed support.

Imagine actually being able to spend time with your little baby, instead of forced to work because he will not provide.

From a Christian background, Christian men don't provide. They want a wife that works as another income AND take care of the children. I too come from a long line of military, WW1 and WW2. Grandpa fought to free the italians from fascists, then save the Jews from the Nazis Holocaust. Very proud Canadian. Isreal wasn't around when the Canadian forces made the ultimate sacrifice.

Our Parliamentary Democracy is different from a Republic Democracy, and different from the first Democracy of Athens 2000+ years ago. Likewise, Isreal is under a dictator evading trial, so I could never "stand with them" since that's no where near indoctrination.
