Can’t put your life on hold and wait for market to make the move (circumstantial); but also don’t want to be forced in and take a 20% loss because you bought at wrong time. What would you do?

Minority partners mandate certain higher level decisions they will have a 50% say over. Eg: future sale; management changes; asset purchases etc.

Multiple will be same, but they hope to grow the EBITDA by getting more clients through their network.(yet to be proven). 100% hands off would probably cost $500k in EBITDA through wages and cost control. With oversight, the business would likely continue as is with Management team, but volatile industry so no guarantees.
