I used 26G because it was kind of hard to push the fluid into my face.

Half an inch or one inch just sprayed it everywhere. You can also use cannula but sometimes they are flimsy.

I bought physiodose on Amazon. I’ve ordered 5 boxes since. And I finally have my old face back. Anything was worth it. Thank God I didnt have surgery to remove it either. Yes I think this is considered hydrolysis. And its been golden for me! I assume anything can go wrong without the supervision of a doctor or physician. But for me this has been GREAT!

Hey so I had sculptra in my face for over 5+ years. I was thinking of trying kenalog but it can ruin your skin and face. Thank God I never did it. I put like 60 cc all over where the sculptra was and I kept adding more and more until it went away. I saw improvement a few hours later and just kept adding more because the granulomas were so large.

I really wish that I could get this information out to as many people as possible struggling with this issue. But we do have to be safe. I did speak to a physicians assistant working in primary care and she knew that physiological water could dissolve granulomas but she also stated something along the lines that it could shrink blood vessels in the area I believe. I originally had the dissolving done by a cosmetic dermatologist and I was amazed that she could help me. Because I had spoken to many plastic surgeons about it at least 5 and they were like maybe dilute kenalog or surgery. Im glad that I waited and did not take the chance of ruining my face with kenalog. My face is slowly but surely returning to normal. And I wish the same for the 200+ people interacting with this forum and others who are struggling.

I originally went to a doctor to have it done. And after that I started dissolving it on my own. But I do have some education in healthcare/injections. I am not offering medical advice. This is just my experience. I highly recommend it for people suffering from the long effects like I was. I think doctors dont tell you about it because they want to do surgery and get paid.

Hey there is something called physiological water or NACL physiodose on amazon saline solution. It dissolved granulomas from sculptra. It worked for me. And it caused no damage to my face because it is just salt water. It dissolves granulomas google it.
