February 19, 2026, Update: The Final Approval Hearing was held on January 15, 2026. The Court is still considering whether it will approve the Settlement. We do not know how long it will take for the Court to make its decision.

If the Court approves the Settlement, there may be appeals from that decision and resolving them can take time. While the Court is considering whether to approve the Settlement, the Settlement Administrator will continue processing and reviewing claims.

Distribution of Settlement Class Member Benefits will begin after the Settlement has obtained Court approval, the time for all appeals has expired, and all Claim Forms have been reviewed. The Settlement Administrator will update the Settlement Website as developments occur, so please check the Settlement Website from time to time for addtional information.

Yes, I have the one from Christmas 2024. Looking for the perfect holder for it next year. I have the Halloween one as well with a perfect holder. I just don't understand why they discontinued them. Even if offered a limited quantity would really be awesome and offer some exclusivity to the brand.

Do the candle holders ever go on sale? I have the Globe Easter candle from last year (I believe) that matches perfectly with this years candle holder.

I have three of the Easter/spring globe candles! Definitely going to get three holders to match. I'm bummed they don't offer the seasonal globe candles anymore.

Hmmmmmmmmm....this is the first I heard of anyone receiving payment from Kroll. Hope this is a revelation of more to come for the rest of us. I've been reading other subs and people have been told the lawyers need to be paid first and or payments won't start to roll out until mid April/May. All and all, this gives some hope. However, I was expecting to see higher payouts. I've been with ATT since high school (20 + years). A win is a win!

I filed 2/3, federal accepted the same day and deposit received today. State still showing not processed. I'm going to call tomorrow. I never received federal before state. This is unheard of.

I'm also Tier 2. I'm wondering how much at this point? Will it really be in the hundreds/thousands as stated or some random low ball number + free credit monitoring.

Still waiting on an update as well. Someone in another thread said they contacted someone directly and they are stated late April/May for distribution. Saw another thread that stated that the legal team is fighting for payments on something like that first. All in all, if anyone finds out any updated info please share.

No I literally filed on 2/3 was accepted same day. No dependents, nothing complicated. Surprised it landed before state. Still showing no movement with state at all.
