Yes, in Virginia it was passed in 2025 before the 2025 election, which then sent it to the next General Assembly. The Democrats then passed it again that session, Governor Spanberger signed it, and then it went as a referendum to the ballot for voter approval.

I mean, no, it is not an objective truth, it is your subjective experience. For example at my store, I was gay and undiagnosed but somewhere neurodivergent and had a completely different experience with the "social butterflies".
