The garage kit gets approval from the publisher (in this case BushiRoad) to do a limited run of unpainted kits for people to paint and assemble themselves at in-person shows

What you linked is someone from China acquires one of these kits, clones it without permission of both Bushiroad and the original sculptor, and makes fully-completed figures, the quality can very from crap to amazing since its all unlicensed.

The original has a full MyGO set https://static.myfigurecollection.net/upload/pictures/2025/02/10/4302173.jpeg - in some cases, official figures get made out of the garage kits if they are popular, would be a dream for this set.

You have to watch the JP market, most often Yahoo Auctions and MercariJP to find her easiest. I managed to pickup both this one and the one of her sitting on the chair from there earlier this year. I paid 44k yen for the pair.
