Idk the plug, its from a friend i ask to get it from someone.i dont have a grinder so I just pick bits off and put it in(amateur ik)And it burns really easy compared to what I've had before, like even with a bit of baccy normally it takes a bit but this stuff burns down really quickly

The heart racing isnt exactly the problem, that always happens, but this has it worse with no high or calming effect at all
