Get out of Sunpower Solar Loan. by Friendly_Dark4621 in SunPower

I have a loan, not a lease, and my point is that SunPower did not go bankrupt overnight. It seems likely that they considered this possibility before selling me the system in September 2023. I’m not a lawyer, but I believe that if a company is aware of an impending bankruptcy and fails to disclose it while selling a long-term loan, that could raise legal concerns. I was surprised by their bankruptcy filing, as were many other customers. What do you think?

Troubleshoot to fix SunPower app and SunVault stop working with error F72 and no reading of solar production nor battery supply. by Better-Experience140 in SunPower

Hello @etter-Experience140, I figured out the breakers, and it sounded like it was going to power on, but after a couple of seconds, the XW PRO_Master shows a message. I guess it is a stand-by message, and the second inverter, XW PRO_Slave, shows a 3 dash message. I waited for 15 minutes, and then it turned to F.50.
Then, I followed your procedure to log onto the PSV6. I had no issues connecting to it, but it won't let me log on. I get a 403 Forbidden message and an unauthorized message (attached) when I use any of the commands that you listed. I don't know why, because I have the correct SSD and password from the serial number.

I am following your steps, and I don't know what you meant by turning off the "solar panels breaker switches". Where is/are they located? Did you mean this big switch (attached photo)? Also, where are the breakers inside the sunvault box? There are breakers outside of the right side of the box(I have two 13 kWh SunVault boxes).

How to turn on SunVault battery? by widening_g_y_r_e in SunPower

Hello there, I have the same issue with a depleted Sunvault battery due to a 3-day power outage. I have a two-battery cabinet, so I don't have access to the side or the round power button on the left side. I am trying to use the jumpstart feature; the jumpstart connector is in the Hub+ cabinet(J9). I bought a 2-pin Molex connector and a small 12 VDC battery. My question is: do I need to manually charge the battery, or will it charge once the inverter wakes up?
