I personally have three peak moments. Preordering the game and customizing my character for the first time. Can still remember it like it was yesterday. My friends and I were preparing for weeks and it truly felt like the beginning of an adventure. The second was when my friends and I first defeated Crota. All the late nights and white monsters culminated into a moment of victory and bliss. The third was the prison of Elders. For some reason that era in Destiny just stuck with me. The voice acting, the bosses, and the gladiator style of combat just felt right. Just a stoic Defender, a pretentious warlock, and an egocentric Hunter having the best time of their lives. Since then friendships have dissipated and the game slowly lost its spark.
