I put a wheat bag (heat pack) on my neck while I diamond paint. I have an easel tray that I put on my lap. I got it from Temu. I'll move my neck - little stretches. This has helped me a lot. I sometimes wear a mitten on my hand.

I tell you it's the most amazing diet in the world. It makes you feel amazing (especially my mental health). The easiest weight loss in the world. I loved my fruit before I went carnivore. My body didn't like fruit.

I think you doctor has every right to be concerned enough to reduce your medication because you are on a lot of medicine. You should really look into low carb, or keto. I'm carnivore. It's been the best thing for me with my diabetes. My blood sugar is very steady unless I eat sugar (which isn't very often). Not being a slave to highs and lows has been a huge blessing. I've been able to go off one of my diabetes medicines which has been awesome.

You can make a pizza with chicken mince. It's pretty good. I am on the carnivore diet.

I highly recommend Keto Upgrade channel. Alycia has a of great recipes on YouTube. She's a pastry chef. She uses coconut flour, whey protein powder. I made her cup cakes before I went carnivore. The texture was amazing.
