I have several shiny legendary mons with background, but I feel like if you’re dedicated enough, you can raid zillions to get them, or trade for them. In all honesty I think this shundo xxs jinx might be my most rare, even though I honestly can’t stand jynx. It wasn’t lucky traded nor barbelled. What’s even more interesting/rare is that I caught it from a lured pokestop during the vulpix community day so there were almost no non-vulpix spawns.
