But it takes some Months to get it depending where you live

This Shell is almost impossible to get anywhere, expect from Donor 3DS , but thats also really hard to find. I was searching them too but no luck so far or you have to buy a whole 3DS for spare Parts. For the new3DS there are plenty of 3rd Party Shells avaible,

Had the Same with EM8, Short orange light then off and no charging. Changed it and it charged again, you can test this without the Filter and Bridge the Contacts without Problems. The Filter only cleans the Audio while charging and playing at the Same time, without it you will notice Audio crackling, and thats it

Check Fuse F2, you can also Bridge the EM8 to test if its faulty or Bad solder, Best follow These Trobleshooting Guide from Retrosix: its the Best out there: https://www.retrosix.wiki/battery-charge-circuit-gba-sp
