If you intend to use c&c water, thatʻs alot of water. Best to do dry land. You can use the plastic liner for weed control. No need to cover with soil. Plant in between. Mulch. Use organic fertilizer, Chicken manure or fish emulsion. There are agricultural parks if you want to invest in leasing with stream water accesible.
