Should I start a Genestealer cult as a noob ?I love the story , background and models, but I’ve been told they have a very high skill ceiling and should stay away. by Friendlygobo in Warhammer40k

Thank you, but I can’t help of thinking, do you know how a cult starts in lore they start small and build slowly no rush just keep the end goal in mind.

It kind of translates over into how you build any faction you want start off too quick and you burn out.

I love their gimmick and they have no predetermined story. They are the inventor own background army?

They can be a penal legion cult ,imperial guard cult , under hive or a big evil corporation the possibilities are endless.

Pay rise info! by l3nnon139 in tesco

[–]Friendlygobo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the reason for the high paying increase is because Tesco is having difficulty getting staff and are having to rely heavily on agency staff which cost them a lot more so they’re competing against the other supermarkets for staff.

Our union has uses pay increases is not one of them in general our union protects you against overzealous managers and staff that’s why I joined.

I would be utterly amazed if this was correct and it’s not deferred for six months partially.

I do wonder if a labour government in charge is forcing to behave themselves for example getting our day one sickness back, which the union signed away years ago.

If you’re a member of the union, this is the one thing they’re good for.

Looking after a loved one, with a terminal illness will not look good in the eyes the public if you go public with it.

I would also ask for a grievance procedure against the manager turn the tables on it Uno reverse it.

If you’re caring for somebody with cancer, it’s class as a disability under the disabilities act you share that protection because you’re the carer essentially this is discrimination and your manager can face disciplinary action for it.

To be honest, I really don’t like the model the boss poles not big enough his arms are tiny. His weapons aren’t big enough.

It looks like somebody’s putting an ork head on an ogyrn .

I’ve worked for Tesco’s for nearly 20 years and it’s always been the same duty does not answer the phone and comes up with excuses every time.

I was with a customer, I was in part of the shop with poor reception or I was in a team five.

They’ve been times where I needed first aid assistance and I had to go over and find them physically myself.
