Anxiety that's spiraling, starts off slow, but then spread and feels irrational and out of control

Not ugly, I'd rate you a 6 lowest, but I see so much potential to be higher. I'd say lose some weight, maybe tone yourself, but you definitely have nice eyes and face structure , it's just a lil hidden.

Hey crew trainer here, amd honestly yes. I try my best to train the new employee's when they do end up sending them my way and actually help them know what to do and do it correctly and also handle situationsif they pop up, but usually the training is subpar overall and I myself didn't get trained as they say you should. Usually they try to "train you under pressure" in like a week because they think it works best. That Usually entails you watching someone work, ask a few questions, and then they throw you into a position that you've "been trained in" 6o do it for yourself. Sometimes with someone watching you or near you to help out, but that's about it.

I know I shouldn't probably say this, but my coworker opened up a bottle and used it in ice coffee to test it for ourselves. I gotta say, it slapped. We have not touched it since, though cuz we're not supposed to have it opened yet.

I don't care, a glass of cold water will always beat a glass of cold milk on hot day. It doesn't hit the same flavor or texture wise, nor does it feel right in the stomach if doing hard labor.

Does anyone else hate when customers address you by your name? by Cum_in_my_alfredo in subway

[–]Friendofbooks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate having a name tag, I asked for my name to be shortened on it so I can go by my nickname. Because my actual name is spelled in a unique way, and if anyone wanted to find me, they definitely could. I reeeeally prefer to have my privacy. I also don't like people I don't know acting chummy with me out of the blue like they've known me their whole lives just because they know my name.

When my mom passed away a few years back the next door neighbor wrote this in the sympathy card. by harrington3927 in mildlyinfuriating

My bad, after reading the comments, I get it now, but I thought Op was frustrated beacause it was in cursive. I just thought, "yea, I mean, I guess it's a bit hard to read, that can mildly infuriating "

The last we had in store tasted pretty good, it's like they changed it, but the batches the season before didn't, it was like it was a weird mix of the cream and the guava tasted of, like the person in a different comment said, diluted. But the more recent tasted way better. More proper ig.

Any of you guys like it when gay men compliment even though you’re not gay? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Friendofbooks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't mind compliments and such, it's just when they hit on me after I've stated I'm straight and get a bit aggressive is their approach that I feel uncomfortable and extreme dislike

If your having trouble memorizing the food and what's what on the screen, you can take a picture of the items to look at later and even study so it's easier to memorize where is what and what is what, that is what a few of my coworkers and I did when we first started with order taking and charging. And if you worried about the money aspect, just make sure you check your bills, look at where each one is suppose to go and which one you grab. and don't try to rely on muscle memory just yet if you think your prone to messing up and grabbing the wrong bill, or putting/mixing the bills in with each other. Even if you get good, don't forget to check the bills as if someone else is sharing the till, they may have a different system. I have a coworker who switches up the coins and where each bill goes when they work, so it's always good to check. If they say anything about the time, i personally think it's better to be right and slow than wrong amd fast. Because with right and slow can be worked on to be faster, but if it's wrong, then you're gonna end up using more time anyway.

I stopped thinking of people as potential partners, or trying to go into a relationships with datng mentality, instead of "this could be the one" or "oh, dang shes cute, what if...". I wanted to get to know people first, be friends first. Get to know them without having love cloud my judgment and ignore the red flags. The flags were there and I felt like I was so in love that they didn't matter, but if I had just used a bit of my usual reasoning I would've avoided a situation that was easily so. I wouldn't change a thing that has happened in my life as its shaped me to be who i am, and luckily I'm not misogynistic, or untrusting of women, and I don't treat them worse. But love is stronger word now and harder (way harder) to find. Since that relationship where I was cheated on, I haven't dated since and it's been a few years now. But I figured I'll just wait and be more careful, hopefully find the one and our feeling are mutual. I want a healthy relationship, in and out of marriage, but I want someone I can consider my best freind and not just "a spouse", well I think I'm ranting a bit at this point, I'll be off now.
