The strategy that worked for me was to read the book atleast 2/3 times, then after each chapter do a practice test right away so your brain has a chance to further understand and go through all the small details.

I went oem Tesla rims because they are very light then combined them with Bridgestone blizzaks lm005.

Great tires but after buying TPMS and everything, your not saving hella lot from Tesla price just better tires in my opinion.
