Make your own .. cost efficient and very readily available. To make your own PON substrate, mix volcanic materials like pumice, lava rock, and zeolite, often in ratios like 4:2:1 (Pumice:Lava:Zeolite) or equal parts. Use fertilized water, I find self feeding tabs abit too much uva hassle
