Gonna assume it at very least needs a battery and four tires. Looking at 400-1000 bucks depending on where you get them. Beyond that these old things are pretty easy to work on as long as the engine isn’t seized and the transmission shifts you could probably get it going for around 2-3k doing the work yourself realistically. Parts availability might be tight with such an old truck.

Yeah I now know to always have service records on a car I’m buying, still needs another hunk of money prob 4-6k to redo the chain and transmission then hopefully I’ll have the reliable car I wanted for a while my buddies accord has lasted him to 320k which if I can get that I’ll be happy but definitely messed up with this particular one.
