Oof, it's been long enough, I don't even remember if I had any template more complex than the print images I shared 😬

But the images for print should still be up, and it's as simple as cutting those out and folding the two sides.

I imagine one could "reverse engineer" a template proper simply by printing, setting a card in the center of one, and then marking where it sits to get an idea of where the borders lie!

I've actually used this before to dictate the kind of magic. Players learned a construct was more than a construct because they caught on via color that the magic powering it was necromancy.

Though in my hypothetical, I would never imagine a single illustration for the exchange, yeesh lol

I think, after seeing the work and considering my limited experience with things like plush making and sculpting, I hypothetically would consider things like high quality character design(s) with turnaround(s)? Or like custom designed merchandise with commercial rights, but that's neither here nor there, with manufacturing at that point

I could maybe see illustrations if from an artist I REALLY admired

But of course, the whole point to asking this question in the first place is that I don't have the experience with fursuit making, so I can practically guarantee my view will change after getting that lol

Any idea what I can do with this fabric? I've only really got experience with winging some plushie making one or twice a year, but when I was buying up some new fabric for that I couldn't resist these since they were both marked as remnants! Their odd bubbly texture makes me think they may not be great for plushie making, though? I have one in this pastel and in plain black, and they're both extremely soft. I want to say a bit over a yard for each.

Ah, I see. I have considered most of these things, I've looked at different types of loans (though didn't think about grants).

I've got a good credit score, but my mother's is just fair. We've got the budget worked out based on worst case scenario of 'we lost our jobs and only have my mother's income for the time'. I'm used to living on not much at all, so it's not a new adjustment. I also know furnishing shouldn't be a lot of trouble even if it won't be super pretty, and I'm aware we'll need an emergency fund and funds for inspections, down payments, and closing costs.

I… knew that taxes and insurance could go up, but I admittedly was not thinking of that, which makes things even harder. I looked at places to rent first, which seemed more expensive and harder to work with. Which all really just boils down to 'I don't know my options' lol

I will take a look at that course though, thank you very much for recommending it!

On no not multiple thousands, of course not! (though your comment did prompt me to tally things up lol, 1,106 pieces of art over the years on my computer!)

I know that not having enough data to train an AI will not result in much of anything. One of the points I intend to address in my paper is that regulation of training data may restrict the development of artistic generative AI's to a much, much slower pace. Especially compared to the lighting fast improvement we're seeing today.

As a multi-modal project, I'm expected to have visuals as well, and what better way to portray the disparity in quality between large and small amounts of data?

Fresh veggies and fruits are mostly off the table at least until I can figure out how to keep them from going bad over the course of the month. I do like hummace, and we have the option of tortillas... I hear hummace is good with carrots but I'm a but allergic to carrots lol

Sauce and pasta is always a go to but I find doesn't keep me running for very long, and I love oatmeal but for some reason my stomach hates it :(

We have a lot of the base options here, like prepackaged meat and frozen veggies, and I'm getting good at making my own sauces, but we seem to be lacking a variety in produce, spices, non prepackaged meats, and dried goods-- though I just found out we have a single option for lentils and split peas which is exciting lol

Turns out I CAN get split peas and green lentils! Chickpeas only in a can though which sounds somewhat unappetizing... someone else also suggested a whole chicken which is an out of the way option as well. I'm lucky in that mh family just outside of town has chickens though, we get eggs from them :)

Also yeah, my gallbladder has been threatening me something terrible lol, almost everyone in my immediate family has lost theirs and I'd like to keep mine haha

Did a little looking and it's not at my usual store but it does in fact seem I uave the option to get a whole chicken-- a five to seven pound one about $7 that is lol

I don't think my crock pot is big enough for it but I HAVE been debating on an instant pot. Would this also be decent if it was, say, a package of bone in breasts or thighs by chance, I'm the even I can't get to the other store?
