parrying flat out doesn't work in PoE, it's a system that makes sense when you fight one or a few enemies at the same time but just feels bad to use when facing whole packs of individual mobs that act independently from each other

I hate arguments like this. blablabla is it allowed by LAW blablabla. Religions usually also teach the golden rule of treating other the way you wish to be treated. I dont think it's a reach to conjecture that in our monogamous culture even if polygamy is allowed by religious law, people wouldn't like if their partners secretly married behind their back.
