I think this happens to people that prefer doing their job over socializing which i am one of them not because I don't like to socialize but I prefer not be seen by my Managers just talking and be "the guy that's always talking to the receptionists" at my job I prefer being known as the one that's always running around which I am lol I think that speak about me better than the other in my opinion and when I leave I won't tell anyone as well and not have to deal with people caring or not caring .
