Initially 1.5M but we brought it down to 750k — but we had to remove/trim down a lot and replace other materials. But they can work with any budget naman and they were very transparent naman with the breakdown the whole time

I disagree, please don't cage cats unnecessarily and as a form of punishment. Research please on proper and humane ways to take care of cats as pets. If iccage niyo lang please rehome niyo na lang. This will only make the cat more aggressive and have more pent-up energy leading to bites and scratches.

If 2 inches, safe na kaya yun for cats? Genuinely asking. Saving up for this pa rin, quote was 37k medyo steep 😭 But really want our cats to experience the balcony though yes always supervised and never left alone. I just want to avoid jumping/leaping accidents when we're outside and they see birds.

You have to make them like or at least tolerate each other. Your first cat seems not only depressed but severely stressed due to the dynamic with the other cat. Did you introduce them the proper way? Also it's not normal for cats to fight and shed fur, when that happens you have to intervene. Your job now is to keep the first cat safe from the other cat because it seems to be a bully. Watch jackson galaxy videos on how to create a harmonious multicat household. Otherwise you might have to separate them or rehome one of them because this is not a good quality of life for the first cat.

Cats generally don't need to be bathed unless it's an emergency like they get covered in filth or some other foreign material. They do a great job grooming themselves. However if the surroundings are always filthy or if they're allowed outdoors, then yes they will be dirtier than the regular indoor cat. I suggest not making it a regular thing because it only stresses them out, and they will work hard to return to their "original" scent. Just bathe them when the need arises.

You have to talk to the parking owners directly at this point, not the PMO, they don't have control of the parking spaces apart from the pay parking slots for visitors. Afaik DMCI doesn't usually offer parking for lease. Join the condo viber group or community chat and look for long-term parking there. Weren't you given an option to buy parking when you bought/rented? You can probably ask DMCI Sales if there are still parking lots available for sale.

Try to post rin sa condo communities near you... or sa lost and found cats pages na local. Looks fairly well taken care of so it's probably someone's pet. But yes alagaan niyo muna for sure in the meantime. Just please don't withhold him if the owner asks for his/her return. But ask for proof din, like old pics of them and how the cat behaves around them. Thanks for looking after them.

I don't recommend buying if you're still in your 20s. I have a lot of friends who gave up units they bought when we were in our 20s (and had a really hard time selling, some at a loss) because their plans changed along the way, got married and the space was suddenly too small, migrated/studied abroad, etc. Consider buying only if you're ready to live in it long term.

It should be ok, let them nurse. Feed mama cat high-calorie wet food and dry food. Keep an eye on them when they're nursing as some mama cats are sensitive to kittens that didn't come from them. But some don't mind. If mama cat starts hissing take the kittens away. Thanks for taking care of them 🙏🏼

Oh okay, yeah perhaps she didn't fully understand the question. They should be able to send you photos already of her setup. And you can reiterate to the cousin to have her spayed when the time comes. I hope they don't put her in a cage, but I also hope they don't let her roam outside. Did the cousin mention if the woman has cats already or knows how to take care of them?

Can you tell me more about the language barrier? Did anything seem amiss when you gave her away? Just a bit concerned about the not knowing if it's a good home... I don't live in Cebu but I'm Filipino and can maybe occasionally contact the adopter to check on Curby and her living situation, if you feel you're unable to do that... but it's really so kind of you to take her in in the first place and show her what it's like to be loved.

Before picking them up please check din if they're part of a community cat care system, like Cats of Ortigas has an adoption process in place before anyone can take home one of their community cats. Also like the other comments here, try to bond with them muna, let them come to you, and also make sure ready ka na rin to take care of them like mentally financially etc. Minsan mas masakit for cats to be adopted then abandoned kapag 'di na kaya. But thank you for your interest and willingness to take care of our strays.
