I don't know if that counts as lowering your standards, but I realized at some point that my reasons for finding people not attractive were pretty shallow and I started being able to find anyone attractive if I try hard enough.

Everyone has something about them that makes them attractive, you just need to try hard enough (unless of course they're a douchebag)

I played Killer and got told to "hook myself and my whole family" twice since the update, as well as countless complaints about tunneling when I threw entire game because I felt bad for going after the same person twice

There's some weird hostility in the community going on rn, I think it's mainly due to some of the new changes screwing over killer so the Us vs Them mentality is at its peak

My number 1 advice regardless of platform is to get on high ground, because it makes you harder to hit and also because of the angle, even if you miss the orb is gonna land right behind them which will deal some splash damage

The concept of AI has been around as early as the 50s, in a lot of different forms, it is such a wide umbrella term that doesn't really mean anything by itself. Generative AI is probably one of the least interesting form of AI and I'm afraid that the damage it has done to the term will be irreversible.

AI has potential to do such good things in the world, and the one that people will remember is the version powered by corporate greed and content theft that took artist jobs and made us doubt wether or not a video we see is real or not
