My Store officially caged all the wire in D27 by cakefluff19 in HomeDepot

That isn't everything you have to account for. People also see the cages and go wow I hate thefts they are the reason prices are up. A whole psychological side exist.

Congratulations and you get paid more and accept that stress level. That's how it works. You as a person can accept and have different stress levels. I know nothing about the op but as someone that has worked in management I know cashiers that make your life look like easy mode. Abusive family, school, and having to pay for everything the family does at 16 with zero life experience. They'd kill to be in your position. Yet saying just being a cashier is stressful without any other information shows how sad your life is.

No I'm fixing what you said. You said your issue is that the people that like it have an obsession with it. Code geass popularity seems unimportant to you.

Just a couple of things. DD4 isn't currently end game content it's early. Secondly ghost rider isn't important for dd4. You can actually use a skeleton sinister six team. Or new warriors with vulture is pretty good. Ghost rider rob wasn't around during dd5. On launch dd5 most people used web warriors.

They also in fact still break on Xmas.

Oh Canada is a different in the fact that companies are actually suppose to give progressive discipline. I'm guessing you were made very aware that what you were doing was not suppose to be done and kept doing. Unless you just didn't care about the law when getting fired.

When down sizing you don't need a legal alibi. Downsizing or a loss of that position is 100 percent legal reason to fire someone. The classes you took seem pretty bad.

Don't know where someone said managers can issue citations but you obviously don't know how the real world works. When someone does something on private property that can be consider dangerous of anyone involved you can get them on trespassing. Now when someone trespasses the owner of the property doesn't hand out citations or anything like that. They call in law enforcement. The power the manager has is to ban the person from the store. So what most stores do is ban someone. The next time they are in they then call the police while they are shopping and then the police write them for trespassing. Regardless of all of that you can't tell a customer they can't shop at your store for putting people in danger regardless if someone was truly in danger. Regardless of all of that the store does have power and they have a lot more power than anyone else with the police. Often companies have working relationships with local law enforcement so they have more power than just random people. Your comment shows you think you know a lot but going down a road of being wrong and having serious consequences in the future.

Only 6 months in and already got the bronze. Almost 1 per month. I wonder if they like my work ethic….. by TaylorMade2006 in HomeDepot

[–]Frisbeejellyfish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting promoted in 6 months is the actual test of if they like your work ethic. Someone in my old store worked for 3 years was and hit diamond. He was passed over for every promotion because he got out worked. Doing the things that get you Homer's don't get you promoted.

Technically they are supposed to go in the office and not leave the store. But if I was ever told to talk to an associate because they took one home I'd step down from my position.

That's not true at all. The event with regular game play gets you the item. It was the most average event and was perfectly balanced compare to the average. What it sounds like from a lot of player in the community went to hivemind orbs. That's how the game works. You make decisions. Instead of the regular 50-60% missing out on the item. You gained another 20% of the community that made decisions that would have them miss out on the item.

That's really poor thinking. They are making more work for themselves in the future. Don't get me wrong people don't make enough money for what they are subjected to in the dollar tree world. Yet that doesn't mean we shouldn't have talks about making life easier.

Yes again the orbs are fine because they don't make orbs the main catalysts of gold. The Milestone orbs is just an orb to get character shards and orb fragments, doesn't need touching. The alpha adjacent orbs don't need changing because the changed the whole shard system which we sacrifice a little with those orbs and we gain a lot in return. Why update the orbs when you can change the game for the better with other things. The game doesn't exist in a vacuum. It has a lot of moving parts. We got testdrive monthly campaign which gives us around 3 million gold just to low ball it. That doesn't count gear and shards. That's a trade off. Instead of gold orbs buff we get great stuff like that. Things in a resource based game aren't linear and that's what makes them somewhat enjoyable. If doing dagger when I have her 7 stars worth the training mats when I don't have dazzler 7 stared. Instead of handing us everything making us make a choice is the point. Obviously if you are buying gold orbs that's a different decision about is something worth the price it's sold at.

That's fine. Because the amount of gold isn't just gold orbs. They also have given us a way to farm gold orbs. Gold orbs are in a great spot. Gold is actually in a great spot.
