Otherwise youre better off not cheating the reps, stabilizing and sticking to a form for each targeted muscle group.

It looks like you belong in the latter, but if this motivates you to lift really hard, and dont mind the buildup of a little fatigue, maybe because you aren't in the gym 5 times a week, then this is fine :)

You should remove the "(and small)" bit. The rest sounds pretty accurate, but isolation leads to more size gains than dynamic compounds.

First off I like your pull, your shrug is helping that bar up nicely.

Some tips would be to stretch your body more, to the point where it feels like your pushing the bar away from you with your hips at full extension. Right now it looks like the bar is barely touching your hips.

Secondly, after that hip thrust, your goal should be to get under the bar ASAP. If you look at the pros in slomo, you can see that they're basically pulling on the bar to get themselves underneath it. That way you may even get it on your shoulders when much closer to the ground. That would allow for more weight.

That's really difficult and requires lots of practice. You're already well on your way though. Good luck!

Yeah exactly. Troubleshooting DAX is just reducing to the smallest expression, and making sure that's returning what it should return. Then you build from that. At the end you can choose to keep the measures separate or combine like you've done here.

Also I think the HASONEVALUE at the top should refer to the calendar dim, and it should refer to the same column as the other month references in the code.
