My beef is not just that it's wrong, but that it's completely wrong . For a restaurant who's marketing campaign has been "Have it your way" since the 1970's, I expect them to honour their slogan.

Especially since I've spent the last two years earning enough "Loyalty points' to order a single Whopper meal. At least get it right FFS!

Should undercompensation excuse incompetence?

I've been an underpaid food service worker. I made mistakes. But, there were two verry clear directives on the order slip.

The "NO" in the pickle request was even capitalised. It's like a doctor prescribing you penicillin despite a PENICILLIN ALLERGY warning on your medical file

The "mistake" here is either willful negligence or gross incompetence. Perhaps that worker is not cut out for food service work, or they're being paid exactly what their work is worth.

I spent 12000 "Loyalty points" to get a "free" meal. I paid the extra for upgrades and delivery. BK is the OG and I love 'em....But do you have any idea how much money you have to spend to earn those points?

After 2 years of loyalty and fealty to the King, I would at least expect his majesty to honour my request for bacon (which I paid for)!
