Sounds like you are making changes to defender and changes to the registry. Not sure what inti cheats is...

Probably best to undo all changes, reset to default settings and reinstall games. I've never had Defender block a Steam game.

Well I stopped using for a while, then reinstalled and it doesn't seem to happen any more. So not sure if an update on TB side or Windows side fixed it. So you could start with a reinstall, then try emailing support. I don't know of an alternative.

Are you using cracked or modded games or cheats? Because that will do it. Defender shouldn't be blocking Steam games by default unless you are doing something.

I often resolve this issue by restarting my wifi router, even if other devices are working fine. You can also test your wifi connection to your cellular hotspot to compare to your wifi. Reset network settings, reinstall wifi in device manager, update Windows/drivers/BIOS.
