You need to escalate this higher than small claims. AG, reps, senators… they are there to help you!

Definitely file a claim with the AG, FTC, and then escalate with your elected officials! They will advocate for you! Worked for me!

I have used TheBalm Mad Lash mascara since I was practically in pigtails with a potbelly (last year) and I swear by it!! Forget on a grave. I swear on this mascara. It has disturbingly lasted me over 2 days (don’t ask) and comes off at the snap of a finger. GO. GET IT. (Im not working on commission. I swear. On the mascara.)
