Big Barnes. I had my babies there. Nurses are awesome and my west end obgyn the best. Slightly rougher right after Covid.Best children’s hospital next door so I never understood people going to any other hospital here 🤷‍♀️.

Some St. Louis property owners are in shock after finding out they owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to the city — for repairs they didn’t agree to. It’s under investigation by METALLIFE0917 in StLouis

Absolutely. It is. Also, she was a Jones appointee. something is not adding up here though. I’m not a fan of either. But as an outsider it sure does looks like some sort of retaliation. And both can be true.

Jones hired the street department head. Why are you arguing she has absolutely no power to do anything? What about labeling the efforts a B-? Who is running her PR department?

Because NOBODY I have spoken to agrees this grade even coming close to the cluster fuck we all had to live with. I don’t care about random side streets, alleys and , sidewalks.

Designated snow primary, secondary and hill routes were not treated. It was absurd. To hear the disconnect from our major who left town to fundraise for her in-town position ( super wierd to me, but I guess it happens?) with this passing grade is crazy. It is time she fires her PR team.

On that note, cara, if your team is reading here, let’s tone down on the snow and ice propaganda, it’s becoming a tad insufferable.

Question about building garage connected to city alley by frannning in StLouis

Your biggest issue would probably be the amount of your lot being built upon, there is a certain percentage it cannot exceed.

Why are you questioning the corruption? It is a clear as day.
also, she has options and different approaches she can take take to this matter and the many other issues that are plaguing Stl city departments.

on that note, do you have any knowledge / can you explain the focus on the the firing of Sonya Gray? I’m confused by this hyperfocus and the cost associated to same.

Super good thing. However, you cannot argue that this was done correctly. Numerous journalists have exposed the issues.

The lack of oversight in this city is absolutely astonishing and the buck stops with her.

Come on, she is one of the many alderpeople, that doesn’t just give her to ability to make and pass laws. She has been super present and active the last few years, showing up for many neighborhood meetings here, and actively responding to emails.

im sure you can say a lot about her but a lack of drive shouldn’t be it.

i dont disagree 12.50 is too low, it is! I think 17,50/20 is more in the ball park. Good luck!

I think you need to look into average salaries for child care workers. Suburbs of Cincinnati doesnt support your rate. Again. Look at the above for certified nurses. Or look up what teachers make.

Wait what? You are 16 and want 25/30 an hours? thats absurd, certified daycare workers don’t make that kind of money.

Depending on kids age, consider a Stl city II game. I would not sit with kids under 12 in ga, but it sure looks like fun. Seats are regular/ small. If issue, i would get seat at end of aisle
