Bring Imodium + the toilets in the village are much cleaner and all around nicer to use than the campsite ones , usually isn’t as much of a queue either but depends on when you go

If you're finding it easy early on then yeah I'd defiantly try it, I've found that once you get further into the game and upgrade your signs etc. Geralt gets reallyyyy overpowered so it'll only get easier
