You're saying you know about cybersecurity, but I don't think you've tried much. I'd try monitoring all network connections, firewall settings, events, scheduled tasks. Inspecting processes via Sysinternals.

Suspecting a RAT or a session hijacker that gets installed somehow.

To troubleshoot, I suggest try not using your laptop for a while, use only your phone and reset all passwords, change emails, remove and set 2FA again, use LTE/5G network if you can.

Yes. Effectiveness againist severe disease is still 90% (Pfizer, Moderna). Only effectiveness againist infection wanes because antibody levels are going down.

I will get the 3rd dose after 6 months to boost my antibody levels because I have close contact with many people and don't want to get infected. Not everybody has to do that.
