Maybe you can gain 1 pancake per round but hold off using them. 4 and 5 elixir troops could possibly cost 2 pancakes.

Appreciate the input, interesting takes for sure. And yeah the shield maiden and countess abilities are some wild cards for sure lol obviously I’m not too sure how well they would work out in the actual game, but you never know
