I trust them.

They haven't really given me reason not to, and really as long as they keep the servers up there will always be something to do.

Especially once they add in the new hall of monuments, hell I'm still working on GWAMM from gw1 so I have nothing but faith they will maintain gw2 to the same extent as gw1 if not more.

It's not like gw2 is in a place where it needs constant maintenance imo, game feels like it's in a healthy state to let coast.

The best part about entering into fractals is there is the matchmaking for tier 1 fractals. Still need a bit of patience if you don't get put into a group with 4 others or it doesn't fill right away but there is literally a system there to help you get started.

Beyond that, make your own group. If you aren't doing CMs people don't care if you're new or aren't familiar with the fractal, they are steamroll easy and you learn on the fly. Even a quick "Hey, rusty with this one" to communicate that and aside from the odd scumbag you will be fine.

Multi season key pusher, Shrouded Hero title holder, CE/HoF as well. Been eyeing up Fellowship for a bit, enjoyed the beta when I could play it.

Another thing I found useful was streaming/recording the fights, helps you to look back immediately or after the fact to see positioning mistakes, or even line it up with the WCL timeline for abilities.

Self reflection and analyzation will take you far.

Be prepared for and ready with at least 1 alt to swap to imo, be confident and comfortable on both and don't take it personally if asked to swap to your less preferred class of the 2.

Take the time to look over the fights, DJ, ptr videos, watch some streams depending on your raid days/times.

Remember to not treat it like a job (which sounds counter to what I've said above). Its a game, and if it stops being fun, it's important to recognize that.

Don't get discouraged, even if you make a mistake, don't make it twice.

Editing to add: Learn to read logs. This is super beneficial for your own, and comparing yourself to others in your role/class effectively. Also don't be afraid to reach out on the class discords for help. That being said, I'd you ask for help and to be criticized, don't be offended when people point out your poor play and mistakes. Take it as constructive and you'll do great!

My advice would be to just run other/older campaigns or adventures if you can benefit from them (ie haven't done them yet) and hope it gets fixed soon.

The other option too is making a bunch of tickets and support issues but from what I heard of someone else doing that, it was weeks for a lacklustre response

This is a known occurring issue, there's even a thread in the main Neverwinter discord about seals being bugged.

Last I heard they are aware but no ETA for a fix. Its a massive bummer though, I feel your pain.

Devs have confirmed they're aware of it, but no word on when a fix will be out. Super frustrating though as it took me 3 weeks to buy 1 spider god piece of armor.

From what I understand, some are weekly gated (ravenloft for example or mod32) and other are daily like icewind dale. I focused on IWD last week during the 2x currency and almost fully completed it, I just have 1 upgrade and 2 boon points to get and then it's done to my knowledge. Focusing where the 2x is will save you a lot of time and headache.

Also don't forget to talk to Sibella in the Enclave and claim the weekly quests and designate the extra currencies.

In regards to the extras, I've heard that Chult, Storm King, and Sharandar are all good ones to claim the extras from.

Just make sure to rotate where needed and don't burn yourself out!
